How do I get my product after purchase?
Once payment clears, your license appears in your Client Area. Depending on the product, you download it from the Client Area or it unlocks automatically in the MatrixBlue launcher.
What payment methods do you accept?
You pay by card on a secure page. Promo codes go directly in the cart.
Can I use my license on multiple PCs?
Licenses are tied to a single device (HWID). Switch PCs? Hit up support to reset the binding.
What happens when my license expires?
The product stops working at the end of the period. Renew it with one click from your Client Area with the "Renew" button.
Are products updated?
Yes, they're maintained and updated after game updates. Announcements are posted on our server.
Can I get a refund?
